Dill Seed Tea Ingredients
- 1 tsp of dried dill seeds: crushed
- 1 cup of water, boiled
Dill Seed Tea Instructions
Pour the hot water over the seeds and steep 10 minutes. Strain and drink. Not for use during pregnancy; can encourage menses.
