Dried bay leaves are strongly aromatic and impart a spicy flavor in this Easy Bay Tea Recipe. This tea may be good for improving concentration, calming a cough, or reducing a headache. Avoid in excess, with small children, and avoid eating the actual bay leaf.
Easy Bay Tea Recipe Ingredients
- 3 bay leaves
- 2-3 cups of water
- 3 Tbsp of honey
- Wedge of lemon as garnish
Easy Bay Tea Recipe Instructions
Add all into a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes. Remove bay leaves, add honey, garnish with lemon, and drink.
