Easy Chamomile Tea Recipe Ingredients
- 4 fresh organic chamomile flowers or 2 Tbsp of dried flowers
- 4 cups of hot water at about 170 degrees (not boiling)

- Pour hot water over flowers. Steep about 4 minutes. Strain and drink.
