Feel the Heat Lemonade Recipe Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp of minced ginger root
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 dash of cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp of pure maple syrup
- 2 cups of hot water
Feel the Heat Lemonade Recipe Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in the blender on high. Great wake up drink. Also good to reduce congestion, cough, and sore throat.
Serve hot or cold.
To serve cold, double the recipe of everything except the water. After blending all the ingredients together, add two cups of ice and blend some more.
