
This healthy energy balls recipe with nuts, dried fruit, and spices is absolutely delicious and invigorating!
Healthy Energy Balls – Ingredients
- 1 cup of chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts, etc.)
- 1 cup of raisins, chopped
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 Tbsp of ground chia seeds
- 3 Tbsp of ginseng powder
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 1/2 Tbsp of cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp of nutmeg
- 1 cup of virgin coconut oil
- 2 cups of honey
- 3 cups of tahini
- 1 cup of cocoa powder
Instructions: Mix all the wet ingredients together. Separately mix all the dry ingredients except the cocoa powder. Mix all the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, adding the amount of cocoa powder to the desired thickness. Roll into balls. Garnish by rolling balls in coconut shreds, chopped nuts, or cocoa powder. Store in sealed container.
