Why rub sticky honey and oats all over your skin, you ask? The combination of honey and oats are both mild and effective for dry skin, itching, and mild scrapes or abrasions. It works especially great on the face, hands, feet, or dry calves. After trying this skin mask, you will amazed at how soft and nourished your skin feels! Honey Oat Skin Mask Ingredients
1 ounce of honey
About 1 ounce of ground oats
1 ounce of hot water
Honey Oat Skin Mask Instructions
Mix the three ingredients together. If your oats are not ground, go ahead and grind them in a blender or food processor. Once your three ingredients are mixed, test the ingredients to make sure the recipe is not too hot for your face. Next, apply to face. Allow to set for 15 minutes. Then, rinse with warm water and a wash cloth.
