This Rosemary Apricot Liqueur Recipe is easy to prepare, and just requires about a week of patience to be ready. It makes for an excellent after dinner slow sipping liqueur.
Rosemary Apricot Liqueur Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup of dried apricots or 3 cups of fresh apricots, sliced
- 2 sprigs of rosemary, gently rinsed and shaken dry
- 2 cups of vodka
- 1/8 cup of simple syrup
- Mason jar, cheesecloth and strainer or coffee filter.
Rosemary Apricot Liqueur Instructions
Combine the apricots, rosemary, and vodka in a sealed glass mason jar, and set on a window sill. Shake about once a day to mix ingredients. After one week, strain out the apricots and rosemary using a cheesecloth lined strainer or a coffee filter. Add the simple syrup to the remaining vodka. Lasts 3-6 months in the refrigerator.
