Sleepy Time Bath Recipe Ingredients
2 cups of Himalayan sea salt
1/2 cup liquid soap, castile soap, or bubble bath soap
1/4 cup of liquid coconut oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
3 drops German chamomile essential oil
2 drops geranium essential oil
1 drop clary sage essential oil
Optional – 1 cup of dried lavender or dried chamomile
Sleepy Time Bath Recipe Instructions
In a bowl, mix the essential oils in with the coconut oil, add the liquid soap, and then stir in the salt. Makes enough for about 4 baths. Store in a sealed glass container.
