Get into savasana pose and relax.
Feel your eyes comfortably close. Calm your breath, relax your chest, and soften your mind.
Connect with the ground beneath you. Sink your weight into the Earth.
Hear the sounds around you as though they are far away and non-distracting.
Feel the air touching your skin. Sense the sky above, and world around you. Feel the earth below you, supporting you.
Let any thoughts in your mind float off into the sky. Let them go. Drift away. Flow out and off into the distance.
Release any tension in your body. You no longer need to hold onto it. Let it go. Drift away. Flow out and away.
Ground yourself in this moment, laying in savasana pose, connected with the ground, calm.
Breathe. Feel the rise and fall of your breath, its coming and going, inhalation, and exhalation.
Inhale and exhale.
Relax into your rhythm of breathing.
Feel the weight of your lower hips connecting with the ground. Envision a vibrant red light. This is your root. The Root Chakra is connected with basic human survival. Breathe life into your root. Feel its bright red vibrancy with each breath. Notice your life force energy grow.
Now, move your awareness up to the top of your hips, just below your belly. See an orange light. This is your Sacral Chakra, which connects you with your sexuality, pleasure, creativity, and family bonds. Breathe life into the top of your hips and your reproductive organs. Feel its bright orange color build with each breath. Inhale and exhale, feel your life force energy grow.
Slowly move up to your belly button area. Welcome yellow light into your Solar Plexus Chakra. Connect with your purpose in life. Why are you here? Breathe the color of the sun into your solar plexus. Bathe in the suns healing light. Feel empowered with each breathe. You are strong and alive. Know your mission and importance to this world.
Move towards your beating heart. Feel your ribs rise and fall with an amazing green energy, nurturing your Heart Chakra. Feel unconditional love; that which is given to you and that which you share with others. Beautiful caring kindness nourishing your heart and soul. Breathe in the color of green, illuminating your chest and strengthening your power to love and be loved. With each beat of your heart, the love spreads.
Draw your attention up to your throat area. The brilliant blue Throat Chakra encourages your communication and expression. Feel what you want to say. Hear what others are expressing. Open the channels of communication with each breathe. Bathe in the energizing color of a clear blue sky. Invigorate your throat area.
Expressing sky blue.
Now direct your energy between your two eye brows, to your Third Eye. This is the charka of intuition and foresight. It’s color is indigo. A deep contemplative color that will allow you to see beyond that which you cannot see. Vitalize your third eye with the color of indigo. Think of that which is over and beyond.
Move up to the top of your head, your Crown Chakra. Imagine a royal violet purple color connecting you with your spiritual self. Feel connected with the universe and our creator. Vitalize with a violet colored energy that swirls around your crown. Contemplate life beyond life.
Breathe in all the colors, like a rainbow, and feel them vitalize your whole body.
With each breath, grow more vibrant, creative, empowered, giving, receiving, expressive, intuitive, and spiritually enlightened.
Inhale and grow more alive, thoughtful, and aware. Exhale to increase calmness.
Feel your breathe.
Begin to become aware of the air touching your body. Your body touching the ground. The sounds around you.
Notice how you feel in the here and now. Vibrant. Alive.
Slowly begin to open your eyes and become aware of your physical surroundings.
Begin to move your hands and toes. And move your arms and legs. Slowly, begin to get up, feeling yourself grounded and whole, and flowing with beautiful energy.
